LOCATION: The YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, 84 Blue Ridge Cir, Black Mountain, NC 28711
SHUTTLES: Available to/from the Asheville Airport (times listed in registration forms) & provided between both camps. 
HOUSING: Dorm-style on the YMCA Campus. If you attend both we take care of the housing in between. 
MEALS: Prepared by the campus staff, allergies will be accommodated. If you attend both we will provide dinner between.

The Wake Forest XC staff is excited to open it's doors to athletes of all ability levels.  If you want to take your training to the next level, these camps are for you.

LIVE & TRAIN LIKE A D1 ATHLETE.

Our camps are held at Wake Forest University and at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly east of Asheville.  The athletes will be living in the dorms, running the trails, and being coached by the Wake Forest staff during their stay.  We look forward to sharing our knowledge with all of the campers.
